Online Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges for every piece in our regular collection. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 7 days of receipt, and all paperwork (including GIA certificate if applicable) must also be returned. After 7 days, all sales are final.

A. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases (excluding items that are custom-made, discounted and on payment plans). We allow you 7 days to return the item after receipt.

B. Items must be returned in unused (original) condition. We reserve the right to refuse to return items that we consider not to be in sellable condition, damaged, altered or used.

C. Payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days after receiving the item, shipping fees, handicraft costs and rush order costs will be deducted from the original payment as a restocking fee, and it will be 20% to 25%. For specially designed custom-made or expensive items, we usually need to charge an additional restocking fee.

Since our designs are handmade, returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to shape and polish the returned piece. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in another condition that prevents resale) we will charge a higher restocking fee based on the amount of repair work required.


If you purchase custom made pieces as gifts, our return policy is different. The full amount paid for these pieces is non-refundable by Luxurian Jewels.

If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. At the time of the exchange, the new jewelry must be available for purchase within 14 days of the original purchase. The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece.

Our return and exchange policy is limited to diamonds that are in our regular collection. We often upgrade the size or quality of the diamonds in our existing designs as special orders for our customers, and these pieces are always final sale. Sale pieces are also not eligible for a return or exchange.

SHIPPING RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Please contact us before sending your jewelry back, so we can make sure it arrives safely. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

We will not refund shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs for any returns or services (including customs fees for international customers) are the buyer's responsibility.

For International Buyers: If the mail carrier returns your package to us because you were not available or contactable at the time of delivery, you will receive a refund for your order less the shipping fee, any related import fees, and restocking fees for the items you ordered. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us.

For Domestic Buyers: If the mail carrier returns your package to us because you were not available or contactable at the time of delivery, you will receive a refund for your order less the shipping fee, and restocking fees for the items you ordered. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us.

CANCELLATIONS


If you need to cancel your open order, please contact us as soon as possible. Email us at hello@luxurianjewels.com.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Our jewelers begin the sizing and polishing process as soon as your order is placed.

Any cancellation request after 24 hours will be considered a "refund", and all return policies will apply.

For non-custom pieces, we do not charge a re-stocking fee if the order is still with us. Once delivered, you have 14 days to request a refund. There is a 30% re-stocking fee for delivered orders.

Please note: Engagement rings with focal sapphire or diamond cannot be cancelled, as your gemstone is ordered immediately.

We will refund you the full amount of your cancelled order. However—customized orders, deposits, rush fees, and partial payments are non-refundable.
